You've all heard of it: this past weekend, a doctor filmed being forcibly/bloodily pulled/dragged off a United Airlines flight because another flight crew wanted/needed his seat. When United's CEO first "apologized" for this, he noted he was sorry for "having to re-accommdoate these customers."
